Internship Overview:

HR Recruiter Intern


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate interest and fit.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and update recruitment records regularly.
  • Support in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads.
  • Contribute to recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment drives or campus hiring events (if any).


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing final year) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with LinkedIn is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
