Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records (permanent and daily wage earners).
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, ESIC, PF, and other statutory regulations.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and contractor documentation.
  • Handle onboarding, exit formalities, and employee documentation systematically.
  • Support hiring for factory, office, and supervisory positions.
  • Create induction programs that align new employees with the company’s culture and goals.
  • Handle grievances, ensure fair treatment, and promote a transparent environment.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and celebrations.
  • Identify training needs (technical, behavioral, safety, soft skills) and conduct training sessions to upskill workers and staff.
  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems for staff and workers.
  • Encourage teamwork, discipline, and accountability.
  • Ensure workplace safety practices are followed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
