Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee records (permanent and daily wage earners). Ensure compliance with labour laws, ESIC, PF, and other statutory regulations. Manage attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and contractor documentation. Handle onboarding, exit formalities, and employee documentation systematically. Support hiring for factory, office, and supervisory positions. Create induction programs that align new employees with the company’s culture and goals. Handle grievances, ensure fair treatment, and promote a transparent environment. Organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and celebrations. Identify training needs (technical, behavioral, safety, soft skills) and conduct training sessions to upskill workers and staff. Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems for staff and workers. Encourage teamwork, discipline, and accountability. Ensure workplace safety practices are followed.
