🚀 We’re Hiring: HR Recruiter (Infrastructure Consultancy) Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred in Infrastructure Consultancy Sector) Industry: Infrastructure / Engineering Consultancy (Highways, Railways, Water, etc.) About Us: We are a leading Infrastructure Consultancy firm engaged in projects across Highways, Railways, Water Resources, and other major infrastructure sectors. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter who understands the unique requirements of the consultancy industry. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for positions related to Infrastructure Consultancy (Highways, Railways, Water, etc.) Identify, source, and screen candidates through various professional portals and networks. Efficiently use different recruitment and tendering platforms such as INFRACON, Naukri, Linked Inn, and others. Coordinate interviews, manage candidate databases, and maintain recruitment reports. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and internal teams. Adapt quickly to organizational requirements and dynamic project needs. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Management or related field. Experience in Infrastructure Consultancy recruitment is highly preferred. Excellent communication and convincing skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel). Quick learner with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and adaptable to company processes. Preferred Candidate: Based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
