Job Description

As an HR professional at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of human resources. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling end-to-end recruitment processes such as sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates. - Maintaining employee records, HR documentation, and ensuring confidentiality within the organization. - Managing induction and training programs for new employees. - Supporting performance management and appraisal processes. - Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. - Coordinating with different departments for manpower planning and organizing employee engagement activities. Key Skills required for this role: - Knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. Qualifications needed for this position: - Experience Required: 1 to 3 years in Pharma or Manufacturing industry preferred. - Qualification: MBA / BBA in HR or equivalent.
