We are seeking an energetic and resourceful HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR functions for our corporate office and mining project sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance, and should be comfortable handling the unique challenges of a growing mining company.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and induction of employees across office & site roles.
Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related queries and grievances.
HR Operations: Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll inputs, and statutory documentation.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Performance Management: Support appraisal systems, employee reviews, and career development plans.
Training & Development: Coordinate training programs for skill enhancement and compliance certifications.
Employee Engagement: Drive activities to promote a positive and motivating work environment.
Coordination: Work closely with site administration teams for manpower planning and welfare activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management OR Master of Social Work (HR specialization).
Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in mining, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance, and payroll processes.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred for cross-location coordination).
Strong interpersonal skills, proactive problem-solving ability, and multitasking skills.
Willingness to travel to remote project sites as required.
