Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and induction of employees across office & site roles. Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related queries and grievances. HR Operations: Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll inputs, and statutory documentation. Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies. Performance Management: Support appraisal systems, employee reviews, and career development plans. Training & Development: Coordinate training programs for skill enhancement and compliance certifications. Employee Engagement: Drive activities to promote a positive and motivating work environment. Coordination: Work closely with site administration teams for manpower planning and welfare activities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management OR Master of Social Work (HR specialization). Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in mining, manufacturing, or industrial sectors. Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance, and payroll processes. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred for cross-location coordination). Strong interpersonal skills, proactive problem-solving ability, and multitasking skills. Job Title : Structural Engineer Civil Department: Civil / Projects / Engineering Reports To : Project Director / Construction Head Location : PAN India Experience Required : - Candidates with a Diploma (Civil) - Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience. - Candidates with B.Tech(Civil) - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Role Overview : The Structural Engineer Civil is responsible for planning, designing, supervising, and executing civil and structural works related to industrial projects such as factories, warehouses, plants, process buildings, and supporting infrastructure. The role requires strong technical expertise, site management skills, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design & analysis Create and analyze structural systems for new buildings, bridges, and other structures, ensuring they can withstand loads and environmental forces. 2. Project Planning & Execution. Prepare and monitor work schedules, manpower, and material requirements. Supervise civil and structural works (RCC, steel, foundations, industrial flooring, etc.). Oversee construction of heavy foundations, equipment pedestals, pipe racks, and pre-engineered structures. Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards. 3. Documentation and project management Prepare detailed engineering reports, design specifications, and drawings Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Ensure all designs and construction practices comply with national and local building codes and safety regulations. 5. Resource & Cost Management Estimate quantities and track material consumption against budget. Review contractor bills, work measurements, and variations. Assist in procurement by providing technical inputs for civil-related materials and works. 6.Site monitoring and inspection Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications. Inspect existing properties and foundations to assess their structural condition and determine their fitness for purpose. Ensure proper record keeping (RFI logs, pour cards, as-built drawings, etc.). Skills & Competencies Required: Skills in project and budget management, time management, and resource allocation Strong knowledge of RCC, structural steel design & construction. Familiar with industrial codes such as IS 456, IS 800, IS 3370, IS 875, and related standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro (basic understanding), and MS Project. Excellent site execution, coordination, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple contractors and meet tight schedules. Good understanding of industrial plant layout and utility structures. Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering Preferred Industry Experience: Industrial equipment foundation, Industrial plants (Cement, Power, Steel, Chemical, or Manufacturing). Experience in construction technology management, project management, and managerial skills Large-scale infrastructure or industrial EPC projects. Pre-engineered / Precast / Heavy foundation works experience preferred.
