Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF HR GENERALIST: You as an HR Generalist in our company “Nirosha Foods” will be responsible managing various aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will also handle administrative tasks, training, and development initiatives, and often assist with compensation and benefits. NOTE: * Need Female HR Proactive in all HR Functions. * Should be a Multi- Tasker and able to administer/ manage office efficiently. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruitment and Selection: You will be involved in the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to sourcing qualified candidates. You ensure smooth on-boarding new hires and that new employees are well- integrated into the company. Employee Relations: You will be responsible for handling Employees Queries, Address concerns and help resolve conflicts within the organization. This includes conducting performance reviews, Managing Employee Discipline and ensures a positive work environment. HR Administration: You will be responsible for maintaining Employee Records, Manage benefits and handle other administrative tasks related to HR functions. This includes processing payroll, managing Time-off requests and handling Employee Data. Training and Development: You will be responsible for designing Training needs and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. It includes succession planning and career development. Performance Management: You are going to assist your higher authorities in establishing Performance goals, conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees. Employee Engagement and Retention: You will be responsible to improve employee morale, engagement, and retention through various initiatives and strategies. Plan for implementing compensation and benefit programs, including payroll processing, retention strategies and benefits administration to keep employees engaged and motivated. Compliance: You will be responsible for ensuring the organization adheres to labor laws, regulations, and company policies that is related to HR practices and workplace safety. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Fixed shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Work Location: In person
