Job Description

  • Recruitment & Selection: Manage end-to-end hiring—job posting, screening, interviews, offers, and background checks .
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate onboarding programs and facilitate exit processes like exit interviews .
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Develop HR policies, maintain employee handbook, and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Employee Relations: Serve as point of contact for employee issues, mediate conflicts, handle grievances
  • Performance Management: Coordinate appraisals, help implement performance improvement plans, and support 360° reviews
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, organize initiatives, and collaborate with L&D
  • Compensation & Benefits Support: Assist in administering payroll, benefits, compensation packages
  • HR Administration & Reporting: Maintain records, prepare HR reports (turnover, engagement, recruitment metrics)
  • HR Tech Management: Use and recommend HR software (ATS, HRIS), review efficiencies
