Job Description

We are looking for Female HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.

Responsibilities-

  • Oversee recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Manage employee relations and address grievances.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientations.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Monitor and manage employee performance reviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Administer benefits and compensation programs.

Qualifications-

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience with HR software and recruitment tools.

Education-

Graduation Or Master Degree .
