Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in job posting, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Support in conducting orientation and onboarding programs for new employees. HR Operations: Maintain employee records and HR databases. Help in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation. Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth implementation of HR policies. Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing internal events, feedback sessions, and engagement activities. Handle basic employee queries with professionalism and empathy. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to HR and labor laws. Prepare reports and maintain data for audits and internal reviews. Support Functions: Collaborate with IT and Trading teams for staffing and HR needs. Coordinate training and development sessions across departments. * also Back office and assisting director in executing work. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Commerce / Psychology or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of HR functions and labor legislation. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Preferred Skills: Interest in working across diverse industries like IT and commodities. Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Familiarity with HR software/tools (a plus, not mandatory).
