We’re expanding and looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to join our team and help shape the future of our workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking. Conduct employee orientation and support engagement initiatives. Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.). Support performance management processes and annual reviews. Draft and maintain HR policies, letters, and documentation. Coordinate with internal departments for employee needs and feedback. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR or a related role. Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and labor regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
