Experience: 2 to 7 years

Industry Preference: Automobile / Retail (Preferred)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and independently handle HR functions for 3–4 branches.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations

Handle HR functions independently across 3–4 branches

Recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Coordinate payroll processes and manage offer negotiations

Drive employee engagement and internal communications

Oversee exit formalities and maintain documentation

Qualifications and Skills

Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline

2 to 7 years of experience in HR operations

Experience in Automobile or Retail industry preferred

IT industry experience not preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
