The details are as follows -   ROLE : HR Executive Qualification : Graduation (Candidates with an MBA will be preferred) Experience : 1 to 2+ years (Service Industry), Freshers, May also apply Salary : Rs. 15,000 to 25,000/- per month (Fixed + Incentives) Location : New Town, Kolkata Reporting to : The Director    Responsibilities Creating various reports/formats Maintaining a database of clients Assisting coaches during live Webinars / online trainings Co-ordination with clients and handling their day-to-day requirements Telecalling / Attending Phone Calls. Maintaining a relationship with existing and new clients Assisting in developing strategies to drive market growth. Providing day-to-day sales reports to his manager.  Criteria Good command of the English Language (Speaking & Writing) Very good knowledge of Excel / Advanced Excel
