HR Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive with strong computer and Excel skills to manage statutory compliance (PF, ESI), labor-related documentation, and daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be patient, approachable, and capable of effectively handling a blue-collar workforce while ensuring smooth HR and admin operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process PF & ESI payments and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management in Excel and HR systems.
• Handle onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities of staff and labor workforce.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and payroll support data.
• Coordinate with contractors/labor suppliers for documentation and compliance.
• Support day-to-day administrative activities such as vendor management, office supplies, and facility coordination.
• Assist in grievance handling and ensure smooth communication between management and employees.
• Engage with and manage blue-collar workers with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company data.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR/Administration (manufacturing, construction, or labor-intensive industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Patience and good interpersonal skills to handle blue-collar workforce.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
