About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Executive

to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to explore the world of People & Culture. A positive attitude and a strong zeal to learn are non-negotiable for this role.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (include But Are Not Limited To)

Manage end-to-end onboarding

of new members while ensuring an exceptional and seamless onboarding experience.

Address day-to-day employee grievances and requests

, ensuring timely resolution within the defined turnaround time.

Support payroll processing

by preparing and sharing accurate inputs well in advance to ensure timely payroll completion.

Plan and execute weekly engagement and fun activities

to foster a positive work culture.

Coordinate with co-founders

and make necessary arrangements for internal events, celebrations, and functions.

Maintain and organize all HR documents and employee files

for accuracy, compliance, and future reference.

Contribute to the end-to-end exit process

, ensuring a smooth and professional offboarding experience.

Support HR automation initiatives

, help streamline processes, and assist in drafting or updating HR policies.

Assist functional heads and management

in goal setting, performance tracking, and maintaining evaluation records.

Engage with management during the annual performance review cycle

and support all performance-linked processes.
