Job Description

  • Organize and coordinate training & development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to improve workplace culture and retention.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Support payroll by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, PT, etc.).
  • Handle grievance redressal and disciplinary actions.
  • Prepare HR MIS and reports for management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
