Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve employee grievances professionally and confidentially
• Handle core employee relations cases including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through consistent engagement
• Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure alignment and trust
• Maintain accurate documentation of all Employee Relations Management (ERM) cases
• Support and contribute to HR initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention

Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in employee relations and grievance handling
• Proven expertise in conflict resolution and core employee matters
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Solution-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
