We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive (Fresher) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to start their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Help in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
Assist in payroll and attendance management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Requirements
MBA in HR is Mandateory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Eagerness to learn and build a career in HR.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
