Job Description – HR Executive (Male)

About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and energetic HR Executive to handle the end-to-end employee lifecycle and strengthen our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, salary negotiation & onboarding.

Develop and maintain effective recruitment channels (job portals, LinkedIn, campus hiring, social media, referrals).

Create and post engaging job descriptions to attract top talent.

Conduct HR interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure timely closures.

Monitor attendance, shift adherence & workplace discipline.

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.

Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports for management.

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration or related field.

1–3 years of experience in HR operations & recruitment (after-sales service hiring experience is an added advantage).

Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and HR processes.

Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and social media hiring.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people-management skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively.

Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a people-first mindset.
