Communication Skills - Fluent in English,

Hindi, Regional language(mandatory)

Age limit – 30 years

Job description

Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and update them in consultation with the concerned person.
Recruit candidates for the vacant positions or for the upcoming positions after discussing with the operations head or centre head.
Handle the end to end recruitment cycle.
Coordinate with the HR Consultant for induction and joining formalities of the candidate.
Preparation of letters as when applicable, coordinate with respective authorities, Management and employee to conduct the performance appraisal
Update the HRIS
Coordinate for the Full and Final settlement of the resigned employees.
Communicate to the employees regarding their grievances and try to resolve the same by discussing with the concerned and also with their reporting authorities and the Management.
Handle the leave management and attendance calculations on monthly basis to prepare the salary sheet.

Share the pay slip and leave cards with the respective employees
