Job Description

Guwahati

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Dietitian to join our team at D. S. Research Centre. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will be responsible for creating and implementing individualized nutrition plans for our patients.

Responsibilities:

Conducting assessments of patients' dietary needs, including reviewing medical history, laboratory results, and other relevant information.
Developing and implementing individualized nutrition plans for patients with Cancer.
Providing nutrition education and counseling to patients and their families.
Monitoring patients' progress and making necessary adjustments to their nutrition plans.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including other members of the healthcare team.
Participating in the different clinic camp awareness activities.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care.

Requirements:

A Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics
Registered Dietitian (RD) certification.
1-1.5 years of experience working as a Clinical Dietitian in a healthcare setting.
In-depth knowledge of medical nutrition therapy for patients with chronic illnesses.
The ability to create and implement individualized nutrition plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must know Assamese, Bengali, English and Hindi.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
