Job Description

Role - Hr executive contract basis We are hiring an HR Executive (Contract Basiso | Work From Home) for Dhara Enterprises, a Finance DSA dealing in Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, LAP, OD/CC, and Car Loan. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, coordination, and basic HR operations tasks remotely on a flexible hourly basis Responsibilities:Post job openings on multiple job portals and social media. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for different roles (Sales, Operations, Marketing, etc.). Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads. Maintain candidate data, follow-ups, and recruitment tracker sheets. Assist in onboarding and maintaining employee records. Support HR team in engagement activities and performance tracking. Requirements:Graduate in any stream (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). 6 months–2 years of HR or recruitment experience preferred. Must have knowledge of job portals, Excel, and Google Sheets. Good communication and coordination skills. Self-motivated and able to manage work independently.
