Job Description

We are hiring for HR Executive with 1+ years experience for our organization. Location: Bangalore( Khajisonnanahalli) Notice Period: Immediate / 15days Max Role: Permanent ( Work From Office) Responsibilities. Candidates must have strong experience in Recruitment Write and post technical job descriptions. Source potential candidates on databases, job portals Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search and social media recruiting) End to end recruitment cycle (IT/Non IT) Facilitating newcomers joining formalities Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management Handling all employee enquiries & grievances. Keep up to date with new technological trends and products. Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for roles Familiarity with resume databases. Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees Coordinating with IT and other teams team for login access, system, ID card etc. Work with the Talent Acquisition team closely and ensuring all open positions are closed on time Work on central charters like employee engagement etc Conduct R&R, fun activities Required Skills.
