Are you passionate about people and processes? We’re looking for an HR Executive to join our team and take ownership of key HR functions, from hiring to onboarding and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:-
-End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
-Working knowledge of job portals: Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
-Maintain and enhance employee attendance and leave management systems
-Support in compensation planning based on industry benchmarks
-Foster a positive and productive work environment
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must
