Job Title: HR Executive
Location: [Punjabi Bagh West]

Timing - 10 am to 7pm

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- End-to-end recruitment for roles such as Accountant, Driver, and Textile Designers
- Prepare and post job ads on relevant platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate technical/managerial interviews
- Handle offer rollout and joining formalities
2. Salary Structuring & Payroll
- Design salary structures as per company policy
- Calculate gross/net salary, deductions, and incentives
- Coordinate with finance for monthly payouts
- Maintain salary records and employee data confidentiality
3. Onboarding & Documentation
- Collect documents from new joiners
- Prepare appointment letters, ID cards, and onboarding kits
- Conduct orientation sessions
4. General HR Duties
- Maintain employee attendance & leave records
- Assist in policy creation & implementation
- Address employee grievances

Skills Required:
- Strong in recruitment processes
- Basic knowledge of payroll and taxation
- Familiarity with MS Excel, word, Google Excel sheet, Google Drive
- Good communication and negotiation skills
