Role Overview:
As an HR Executive at Cethar Foods, you will play a pivotal role in managing various aspects of human resources, ensuring the smooth functioning of the HR department and supporting the overall success of the organization.
You will be responsible for managing the attendance records, processing salaries, providing assistance in recruitment activities, active participation in Corporate Events and overseeing Insurance, ESI and PF compliance etc.,
Stay up-to-date with labour laws and regulations, ensuring all company HR policies and practices are fully compliant to mitigate legal risk. Maintain and update all confidential employee records and documentation (both soft and hard copy).
