Description
The HR Executive is responsible for overseeing and supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and administrative duties. You play a key role in ensuring that the HR department runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the organization. In terms of Recruitment & Onboarding, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Additionally, you will facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are introduced to the company culture, policies, and their job roles effectively. It is vital to maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information. For Employee Relations, your role involves acting as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressing issues, and providing support where needed. You will promote a positive work environment by organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and other regulations related to employee relations. Regarding Training & Development, you need to identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and career development. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and supporting the creation of career development plans for employees are crucial aspects of this role. In terms of Performance Management, you will assist with the performance appraisal process, including setting up evaluations, gathering feedback, and maintaining records. Providing guidance to employees and managers on performance-related issues and helping managers develop performance improvement plans for underperforming employees are essential responsibilities. HR Administration tasks include maintaining accurate employee records, handling HR-related paperwork, and administering employee benefits programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws. Compliance & Reporting responsibilities involve ensuring compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and other legal requirements, as well as preparing and maintaining reports related to employee metrics and turnover. Policy Development & Implementation is another key area where you will assist in creating and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to improve workforce efficiency and morale. Updating the employee handbook and ensuring all employees are aware of the company's policies are also part of this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with proven experience in an HR support role. Knowledge of labor laws, employee benefits, and HR best practices is essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required, along with proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion, as well as strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, are also important. Desired skills include certification in HR, experience in a fast-paced or diverse work environment, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
