Assisting in payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and basic statutory compliance (PF, ESI) Maintaining HR documentation, employee records, and HRMS updates Helping with employee engagement initiatives, feedback surveys, and HR communications Supporting training & development coordination and internal HR projects We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar profile Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll, and HR operations Good communication and coordination skills Knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS, and labour laws is a plusEnthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location: In person
