Job Position- HR Executive

Job Location - Bavla ( Manufacturing Plant) -Gujarat Ahmedabad

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate for
Recruitment & onboarding
of plant-level staff.
Oversee
end-to-end HR operations & Coordination
at the plant.
Maintain
attendance records and payroll Administration
Address
employee relations and grievance management
fairly and effectively.
Drive
employee engagement and welfare initiatives
to enhance workplace culture.
Support
Training & Development programs
for plant employees.
Collaborate with
corporate HR and plant management
for smooth HR policy implementation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Management.
3 to 5 years
of relevant experience in
plant HR operations
(FMCG/Manufacturing preferred).
Strong understanding of
labor laws, statutory compliance, Attendance & payroll systems
.
Excellent
interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
.
