Tasks & Activities

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that aligns with the organization's overall business goals.
  • Attracting, screening, and interviewing candidates, and then integrating new employees into the company culture and procedures.

Performance Management:

  • Overseeing performance appraisal systems, setting performance standards, and supporting employee development.
  • Organizing and coordinating training programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.

Managing the entire employee lifecycle

  • Maintaining confidential and accurate employee records.
  • Ensuring adherence to employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

Employee relations & compensation

  • Maintaining confidential and accurate employee records.
  • Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, managing disciplinary actions, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Administering payroll, managing benefits programs, and ensuring accurate compensation for employees.
