Job Description

As an HR Manager at our company, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations. You will stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards to ensure the company's HR practices are in line with the latest requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and supervising the HR department staff - Overseeing recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees - Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures - Designing and running employee training and development programs - Maintaining HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information - Managing and resolving employee complaints and grievances - Providing HR support and guidance to managers and employees - Negotiating and managing labour contracts and collective bargaining agreements - Collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HR processes - Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees The ideal candidate for this role should have a Master's degree and proficiency in English. The work location is in person, and the job type is full-time. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be eligible for Provident Fund and a yearly bonus. The ability to commute or relocate to Madurai, Tamil Nadu, is preferred for this position.
