HR Executive

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Conduct orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring they understand company policies and procedures. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, issues, and grievances. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Training and Development: Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Identify training needs through performance evaluations and employee feedback. HR Administration: Assist in maintaining HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information. Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR policies. Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Assist in implementing and monitoring HR policies and procedures to maintain a fair and respectful work environment. HR Projects and Initiatives: Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Collaborate with HR team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Previous experience in HR or relevant administrative roles preferred. Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS software. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
