HR Executive and Trainee

You will be joining as an HR Executive and Trainee at our office located in Rajkot, Gujarat. Your primary responsibilities will include developing strong client relationships, sourcing high-quality candidates, and closing placements that add value. Additionally, you will support the planning, coordination, and administration of staff training programs. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with scheduling and coordinating internal and external training sessions. - Maintain accurate training records and compliance logs for all staff. - Liaise with training providers, managers, and team leaders to confirm attendance and completion. - Provide general administrative support to the Training & Development team. - Build and maintain strong relationships with managers to understand their hiring needs and business goals. - Assist in HR responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, a strong communicator, organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in English. The job timings during summers are Monday to Friday from 01:00 PM to 10:30 PM and during winters are Monday to Friday from 02:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Saturdays will be a half-day with a 6-hour shift. You must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Rajkot, Gujarat before starting work. Fluent English is mandatory, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Ideally, you should have 6 months of experience in HR, Admin & Trainee roles and international work experience. Relevant experience with excellent communication skills is also preferred.
