Key roles and responsibilities

Recruitment and staffing:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates for clinical and non-clinical positions.
Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and handle credentialing for doctors and other medical staff.
Draft and post job descriptions and advertisements.

Onboarding and employee relations:

Onboard new hires by managing document collection, background verification, and orientation sessions.
Address employee grievances, manage workplace issues, and foster a positive work environment.
Support employee engagement initiatives and communicate between management and staff.

Compliance and documentation:

Ensure the hospital adheres to all labor laws, healthcare regulations, and safety standards.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Draft and manage employment contracts and letters.

Compensation and benefits:

Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary distribution.
Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid leave.
Manage leave records and reimbursements.

Performance and development:

Coordinate and facilitate performance appraisals and evaluations.
Assist managers in performance management and setting employee goals.
Organize and oversee employee training and development programs.
