Job Summary We are seeking experienced CNC/VMC Setter cum Operators with hands-on experience in tool room operations . The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC/VMC machines to produce precision components as per design and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC/VMC machines according to production requirements. Interpret engineering drawings, G-codes, and blueprints for machining operations. Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and jigs . Ensure proper tool offsets, work offsets, and program adjustments for optimal machining. Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.). Maintain tool room equipment and ensure machine upkeep. Collaborate with design and quality teams to achieve production accuracy. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Required Skills and Competencies Hands-on experience in tool room and precision machining . Knowledge of CNC/VMC programming and setup . Understanding of machining processes, tooling, and quality standards. Familiar with Fanuc / Siemens / Haas controls (as applicable). Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Candidates must have Tool Room Experience in VMC /CNC, setting cum operating and Programming is an added advantage. Rotating Shift
