About Maya Biotech:

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in
end-to-end recruitment
: job posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain
employee records
, HR databases, and documentation in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Support
employee engagement initiatives
, training, and performance appraisal processes.
Assist in
payroll processing
, attendance tracking, leave management, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
Coordinate with department heads to address HR-related queries and ensure smooth internal communication.
Assist in
policy implementation
and ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
Support HR Manager in
reporting, audits, and HR metrics analysis
.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelors degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4–6 years of experience
in HR, preferably in the
pharmaceutical / manufacturing sector
.
Knowledge of
labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements
.
Proficient in
MS Office
and HR software (attendance, payroll, HRMS tools).

Ability to work independently and manage
multiple HR tasks
