Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Hiring & Talent Acquisition

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for assigned roles .
Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
Source candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and direct sourcing
.
Screen resumes and conduct
initial telephonic/video interviews
.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Track candidate progress and ensure
timely offer rollouts and joining
.

Offer & Joining Management

Prepare and issue
offer letters
as per approved compensation.
Follow up with candidates for documentation and joining formalities.
Manage
joining, dropouts, and replacement hiring
if required.

Recruitment Coordination & Reporting

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
Share
weekly hiring status updates
with HR Head and management.
Ensure recruitment timelines and hiring quality benchmarks are met.

Employer Branding & Process Improvement

Support employer branding initiatives and referral programs.
Continuously improve sourcing strategies to reduce TAT and cost-per-hire.
Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and hiring processes.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle
bulk hiring
and fast-paced requirements.
Good understanding of
technical hiring
is preferred.
Negotiation and candidate-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, job portals.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent.
1-4 years
of experience in recruitment (EPC, solar, infrastructure, or sales hiring preferred).
