Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

Recruitment (50%)

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and job descriptions.
  • Post job openings on various job portals, social media, and other platforms.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
  • Negotiate offers and support in releasing offer letters.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases (physical and digital).
  • Assist in payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and events.
  • Support in policy implementation, documentation, and compliance.
  • Manage employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and documentation as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR roles with exposure to both recruitment and operations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and recruitment tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ATS and HRMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of payroll basics and statutory compliance.
  • Exposure to employee engagement initiatives.
