Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

Recruitment (50%)

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and job descriptions.
Post job openings on various job portals, social media, and other platforms.
Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
Negotiate offers and support in releasing offer letters.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

HR Operations

Maintain employee records and HR databases (physical and digital).
Assist in payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and events.
Support in policy implementation, documentation, and compliance.
Manage employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in performance management processes.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and documentation as required.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in HR roles with exposure to both recruitment and operations.
Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and recruitment tools.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills

Experience with ATS and HRMS platforms.
Knowledge of payroll basics and statutory compliance.
Exposure to employee engagement initiatives.
