HR Executive Talent Acquisition Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
Manage job postings and attract suitable candidates.
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Handle onboarding formalities and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Assist in building the company's employer brand through recruitment campaigns and engagement activities.
Maintain and update recruitment databases.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
Basic knowledge of HR policies and employment laws is a plus.
