Fullstack Software Developer - Freshers

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and trained freshers to join our team as Full Stack Software Developers. You will work on building and maintaining web applications using both front-end and back-end technologies. You'll be involved in the entire software development life cyclefrom understanding requirements to development, testing, and deployment.

As a Full Stack Developer, you should have a basic understanding of both front-end and back-end coding languages, frameworks, and tools, and be willing to learn and grow in a collaborative, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clean, simple, and efficient code based on given requirements
• Assist in testing, debugging, and fixing issues in existing applications
• Support the development team in implementing new features
• Learn and apply coding best practices and design patterns
• Participate in code reviews and team meetings
• Collaborate with team members to deliver projects on time

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms
• Basic knowledge of SQL and working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server)
• Familiarity with any programming language like Java, C#, C++ (training in Angular, React, or .NET Core is a plus)
• Basic front-end development skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery
• Knowledge of Agile software development is a plus
• Understanding of version control tools like Git
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT
• Minimum aggregate score: 60%
• Basic programming knowledge from academics, internships, or training courses
• Self-motivated with a passion for coding and continuous learning

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Microsoft technologies (.NET Core, C#) or JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React)
• Awareness of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Understanding of software design principles and patterns
