Job Title: .NET Full Stack Developer Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years Location: Pune Employment Type: Full-Time Education: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology (Minimum 60%) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer (ASP.NET) to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in backend and frontend technologies, with proven experience in building scalable web applications using ASP.NET Core and Angular. This role is ideal for developers who enjoy problem-solving, writing clean and maintainable code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. You will be involved in end-to-end software development, from design and implementation to deployment and maintenance. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define and implement technical solutions. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code adhering to industry best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to enhance performance and usability. Contribute to system architecture discussions and code reviews. Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them where appropriate. Work within Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, task estimation, and daily standups. Technical Skills & Expertise Strong hands-on experience with C# , ASP.NET MVC , and ASP.NET Core Proficiency in ORM frameworks: Entity Framework 6 , EF Core , NHibernate , or ADO.NET Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration Expertise in Angular 10+ (TypeScript), JavaScript , HTML5 , CSS3 , AJAX , jQuery Experience in building responsive and cross-browser compatible UIs Strong database design skills using SQL Server or MySQL Knowledge of stored procedures, indexing, data integrity, and performance optimization Familiar with version control tools, especially Git Strong understanding of OOP , SOLID principles , and design patterns Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like JIRA , Confluence , etc. Eligibility Criteria BE/B.Tech degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (Minimum 60% aggregate) 2 - 4 years of relevant hands-on experience in full stack development Strong fundamentals in object-oriented design, database concepts, and software engineering principles Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
