Role & responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION: - Recruitment / Manpower Planning • Preparing & sending the manpower MIS including Recruitments / Resignations on a regular basis. • Maintaining and updating the organization chart down to the departmental level at regular intervals. . Induction & Joining formalities • Induction of new employees. Documentation -PF & ESIC Declaration and Nomination form, Mediclaim form etc. • Brief up the newly hired employee on the HR policies, attendance systems, teams, concerned peoples in different Depts. • Arrange for opening Bank account for new joiners with our Company authorized bank. Training & Development Maintaining Training Database and MIS Payroll and statutory Management System • Preparation of Employee monthly attendance Statements (Monitoring the Attendance, leave records, late coming etc.) • Coordinating with statutory consultant for timely payment remittance of PF and ESIC other compliances of labours Events & Programs: • Responsible for organizing various events & programs in organization like Annual business meeting, Customers meeting, Team outing, Birthday parties, Ethnic day, women's Day, Dasera Festivals, Safety week etc. Coordinating with Travel Agencies for Airlines & Railway bookings, Hotel bookings & Car arrangements for employees & guest.
