Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: - Main area of focus shall be business growth, development, branding Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; by getting inquiries / BOQ's worth 50 Cr+ in every quarter; Coordinating business generation activities, Building) business relationships with potential clients. Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients, expand the companys database of prospects. Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process Attend seminars, events etc to make the company’s presence felt and help in branding & networking Reach out to at least a set number of new clients / architects / PMC, every week. Stay in touch with existing clients & work on strengthening the ties with them. (Client Relationship Management) Capability presentation to be prepared before any negotiation meeting, with the help of the QS/ MEP vendors/BD. Any/or all meetings, as directed by the Management, to be attended, as and when intimated. Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team. A road map to be charted and action plan to be decided to achieve the targets & conversions - monthly, quarterly & annually. If targets are not achieved, analyse the reasons and take corrective actions. Discuss the action planner on a regular basis and take necessary action till the team implements the same.
