Any/or all meetings, as directed by the Management, to be attended, as and when intimated. Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team. A road map to be charted and action plan to be decided to achieve the targets & conversions - monthly, quarterly & annually. If targets are not achieved, analyse the reasons and take corrective actions. Discuss the action planner on a regular basis and take necessary action till the team implements the same.

To conduct site visit before commencement of the project, to understand about the facilities available and the site limitations and plan accordingly to assist in the project execution. Assist and provide necessary inputs, to the costing & BD team, when preparing a capability presentation for the pre-bid / negotiation meetings Take regular updates from the project in charge and co-ordinate with the procurement team for resolving the challenges in supply of materials and also long lead items to be followed up. Study on the current market trends & Research on latest technologies, to simplify works and enhance quality, hence saving time & money both. Maintain a good rapport with the existing clients and ask them for recommendations, hence adding contacts to our network. To take necessary documents, related files, drawings, technical questions / clarifications and samples during meetings or site visits. Acting as the main technical adviser on a site for subcontractors and Purchase Team for material deliveries. Sub-contractor handling: continually monitor subcontractors performance and make them understand company policy and operating procedure. Ensure maximum output from them. To monitor that the sub-contractors use the latest technologies to get good and quality finishing. To seek for information from the project manager, well in advance, to avoid the operational idleness on the project site. Maintaining work environment: By following and enforcing standard procedures and regulations, should keep the work environment secure, safe and healthy. To monitor & execute the snag list works within the specified time limit, before the project handover. To intimate the manager projects well in advance, in case additional labour force requirement arises during project completion. Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines. To keep the clients’ materials, separate after dismantling at the project site and hand over the same before the project commencement.
