Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Advice and Instruct on various safety related topics.
Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventive measures.
Initiate and organize OHS training of employees and executives.
Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment).
Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy. After issue to 2 warning letters, the violations to be made note of and debited to the contractors accounts by bringing to the notice of QS
Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker’s compensation claims.
Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to management.
Maintain writing boards, with proper and updated statistics
Attendance of labour, staff will be his responsibility. Maintain the relevant records for statutory purpose, as per the HR requirements. Issue of labour id cards.
Overall control over the cleanliness of the site
