Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety plan, including risk assessments and emergency response procedures.
Provide training on construction safety, fire safety, and other relevant topics to employees.
Collaborate with management to develop policies and procedures for ensuring workplace safety.
Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and recommend improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

3 to 8 years of experience in industrial or construction safety role.
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical or Mechanical field (NEBOSH certification preferred).
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards (e.g., IOSH).
