Job Title: HR Executive

Company: IG3 INFRA LIMITED

Job Purpose

recruitment, generalist HR functions, and administrative support

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Handle the

    entire recruitment process

    – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding candidates for various technical and non-technical positions (facility management, real estate, operations, maintenance, etc.).
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates and engage recruitment vendors or job portals when required.
  • Conduct employee joining formalities and induction programs.

2. HR Generalist Functions

  • Maintain employee personal files, attendance, and leave records.
  • Assist in performance evaluation processes and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Handle grievance management and maintain healthy employee relations at the site.

3. Administrative Responsibilities

  • Oversee general administrative operations at the site including housekeeping, office maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage office supplies, travel arrangements, and logistics support for staff.
  • Liaise with facility and project teams for manpower deployment and administrative needs.
  • Support management in preparing reports, MIS, and documentation related to HR and admin functions.

4. Statutory & Compliance Support

  • Assist in maintaining statutory registers and coordinating with HR Manager for PF, ESI, PT, and other compliance-related documentation.
  • Ensure contractors/vendors adhere to statutory compliance norms.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualification:

    Graduate / MBA in HR / PG Diploma in Human Resources.
  • Experience:

    Minimum 3 years in HR & Admin, preferably from Real Estate / Facility Management / Construction / Infrastructure background.
  • Skills Required:

    • Strong knowledge of recruitment & HR operations.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to multitask and manage field/site-based HR activities.
  • Other Requirements:

    • Male candidates only

      (due to site-based travel requirements).
    • Should be willing to work independently at the Devanahalli site.
