Roles & Responsibilities 1. Management Information System (MIS) Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and data analytics. Good command on MS Excel and Power Point etc. Ensure accurate employee data management in HR absenteeism calculate, Overtime trend analysis, TAT etc Generate reports and track key HR metrics (attrition, hiring, payroll, etc.) 2. HR Operations & Employee Engagement Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit formalities). Organize employee engagement activities (team-building, recognition programs, surveys). Handle grievance redressal and ensure a positive work environment. 3. Training & Development (T&D) & Compliances Coordinate training programs (identify needs, schedule sessions, track effectiveness). Support performance management and career development initiatives.
