Role & responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION FOR HR EXECUTIVE (Welfare Officer) In ALLIED BLENDERS AND DISTILLERS LIMITED Department: Human Resource Designation: HR Executive Reporting To: Sr.Manager, HR Qualification Required: Fulltime MSW / MHRM / MBA Experience Required: 6 10 yrs Job Location: Rangapur (V), Pebbair (M), Wanaparthy (Dist), Telangana Desired Industry: Manufacturing Food industry Gender : Male / Female Functional & other Skills : Time office, Statutory compliances, Contract Labour Management, Factory Welfare Activities, Admin Facilities Management, Knowledge on Labour Laws, Wage Administration, Manpower planning. . Candidate should possess sound knowledge and working knowledge in Factory environment Candidate should have good knowledge on Indian Labour Laws and its implementation in Factory environment Candidate should actively take care of employee welfare activities like Canteen, Transportation, Drinking water, Toilets, Housekeeping, personal hygiene Candidate should possess Contract workers Manpower planning by coordinating with respective departments Candidate should have potential skill in checking & verification of all statutory registers under Contractor Labour, Factories Act and other labour laws Candidate should develop and maintain cordial relations with Managers, Executives, Blue collar workers Candidate should spend majority of time in Shop floor to understand the welfare, admin facilities and needs of employees and act accordingly. Maintain on Roll and off roll employment and other personnel database like employee personnel file, Contract workers personnel files, office Correspondence files etc. To assist HR Manager in recruitments, Induction and other documentation works To possess good written and oral communication Candidate should take active lead and executive all employee engagement activities by keeping employees engaged and motivated To execute all necessary time office functions right from Factory Gate entry to work place To maintain good interpersonal relations with all functional teams Knowledge on Contract Labour Act, Employee State Insurance Act, Employee Provident Fund Act, Factories Act is essential To address all employees grievances pertains to employee welfare To promote good welfare and personal hygiene practices Candidate should speak and write in Telugu & English mandatorily. Candidate University affiliation should be from Telugu states i.e. Telangana & Andhra Pradesh only. Preferred candidate profile
